Office supply store gave us great service

We left the “other” computer business store feeling violated, degraded, cheated, insulted and rather low in spirits. What has happened to service in business? We were business owners for many years; making our customers happy meant success.

We spent a week of arguing and phone calls with the local store and two of their corporate offices. The ‘“higher-ups” of that company forced the local office to give us all of our money back.

That made us happy but left us feeling drained from all the arguing. We knew that our knowledge of computers was not the height of our intelligence but we were sure that we were not alone in being computer savvy.

Then Office Max on Ina and Thornydale roads came to our rescue. We found service over and above what anyone could expect.

They helped us and actually spent hours getting our computer working again. Their patience with us was overwhelming.

Then we asked how much and they said “no charge.” Then they said thank you for your business and come in again if you need help.  Our hats are off to Office Max on Ina and Thornydale.
