For a $25 registration fee, walkers get an HSSA water bottle and commemorative T-shirt to show their support. Dogs and children 10 and under walk for free, and each dog that walks gets a great HSSA bandana! There will be two routes for people to participate in: a 2-mile walk and a 1-mile walk.
To add to the fun, a diverse group of vendors will offer food, information and giveaways! There will also be live agility and training demonstrations.
“We are so excited to be having Mosey for Mutts for a second year! This event is so awesome because it involves fun, fitness, fur friends and our community all to benefit homeless pets,” says Samantha Esquivel, HSSA Public Relations Lead.
Last year, 300 people and their pets Moseyed for Mutts in support of homeless pets and raised more than $15,000.
