On Aug. 21 The Oro Valley Police Department was contacted by Tucson Police Department in reference to a bank robbery suspect in their jurisdiction. TPD believed the suspect in custody was the same suspect in Oro Valley’s Aug. 12 bank robbery.
Around 5:18 p.m. on Aug. 12, the Oro Valley Police Department was dispatched to a robbery at the Wells Fargo bank located at the intersection of Oracle and First Avenue.
Cameras at the bank showed this person as a suspect in a bank robbery.
On July 19, 2014, at approximately 11:00 a.m., Foothills District deputies responded to the Wells Fargo Bank, located at 3733 W. Cortaro Farms Road, reference an armed robbery. When deputies arrived, they learned a male entered the bank, implied he had a weapon, and gave a handwritten note to the teller. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of money and was last seen running across the parking lot towards a nearby neighborhood. Deputies searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.

The Tucson Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a bank robbery suspect.
On Jan. 6, at approximately 1:30 p.m., officers from Operations Division Downtown responded to the National Bank of Arizona located at 136 North Stone Avenue. When officers arrived they were advised that the suspect had left the scene and no one was injured during the incident. A search of the surrounding area was done for the suspect but he was not located.

On Tuesday, October 8 around 3:30 p.m., Marana Police Department officers responded to the National Bank of America located at 11853 West Marana Road in response to a robbery that occurred. Upon arrival, the officers determined that the suspects had fled from the scene.
The suspect associated with an armed bank robbery at the US Bank located at 7685 East Broadway on September 6 was identified as 52-year-old Vincent Mark Cesare. Major Theft Offenders Unit of the Tucson Police Department located Cesare on the evening of September 10.
The Tucson Police Department is happy to report that the male suspect responsible for the robbery incident that occurred at the US Bank located inside the Safeway grocery store at 1940 East Broadway has been both identified and apprehended. In addition, the same male has been identified and arrested in relation to several other robbery incidents.
On May 17, 2013 at approximately 5 p.m., the Oro Valley Police Department responded to the Bank of America in the 12000 block of north Rancho Vistoso in reference to a bank robbery.
On March 18, 2013, at approximately 10:00 p.m., deputies with the Pima County Sheriff’s Department Foothills District responded to the Bank of America near Thornydale Road and Linda Vista Boulevard. The initial report indicated that a female victim had been robbed at knifepoint.
On Feb. 26 at approximately 4:50 p.m., the Oro Valley Police Department responded to a report of a bank robbery in progress at the Chase Bank, located in the 12000 block of North Oracle.

On Monday morning, at about 10:30 a.m., The U.S. Bank inside the Safeway store at 9777 N. Thornydale Road was robbed.
The Safeway and surround businesses at Linda Vista and Thornydale Road were evacuated early Monday morning following a robbery.
At approximately 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 5, the Tucson Police Department was notified of a bank robbery that occurred at the Pyramid Federal Credit Union at 2850 North Country Club. Officers from Operations Division Midtown responded to the bank in order to initiate the investigation.
On Sept. 7, at approximately 4:38 p.m., deputies with the Pima County Sheriff’s Department Rincon District responded to a bank robbery at 4752 East Sunrise Drive. The incident location was a branch of U.S. Bank within a Safeway store.
On Aug. 7 at approximately 2:30 p.m., officers from Operations Division East responded to the Wells Fargo Bank located inside the Safeway at 8740 East Broadway after an employee called 911 to report that a robbery had just occurred. Upon arrival, the officers confirmed that the suspect had left prior to their arrival and that no one inside the bank was injured.
