Cooler days can create changes in your vehicle by causing hoses and gaskets to contract. A radiator hose that fit during the hot summer months can now loosen as the material in the hose contracts causing leaks where there were none before. If you notice your vehicle running warmer or you see drips on your garage floor, give us a call. We’ll set up an appointment to have a closer look at what is going on.

Has your “low tire pressure” light come on? Gases contract, too; therefore, the air in your tires contracts.  Stop by, and we’ll check the tire pressures, add air if needed, and reset your tire pressure warning light for you.

Also, cooler weather means our small furry friends are looking for warmer places to live. Watch out, a shivering pack rat may find your engine compartment a great place to build his winter condo!

Call us at 818-3200 or stop by 16255 N. Oracle Road, and let Hardin Brothers Automotive get your car ready for cooler weather.
