Jo Holt filed her 2014 candidacy today for the Arizona State Senate, representing Legislative District 11 on the Democratic ticket. Jo identifies herself as a moderate pragmatist who will represent the people of her district regardless of their political affiliation, and who will maintain a presence in their local communities.

Nov. 8, 2012, was a regular day for both Chuck Boreman and Golder Ranch Fire District Captain Steve Drury. While they did not know each other, a workout at a local gym would change that forever. That morning, Boreman experienced a sudden cardiac arrest, brought on by a clogged artery that he did not know he had. That is when Drury and a group of other off duty first responders came to his aid.

On Dec.30, 2012, a suspect illegally gained access to a locker and stole two credit cards from a member at a local LA Fitness gym. The theft was discovered and reported later that same day.
On Feb. 3, at approximately 5:20 p.m., the Pima County Sheriff’s Department Search and Rescue Unit responded to assist an 18-year-old male who fractured his ankle while hiking the Finger Rock Trail with his family.
On Jan. 31, at about 5 p.m., a report was made at the Tucson Main Police Station at 270 South Stone in reference to an inappropriate relationship between an adult and a juvenile. A mother reported to police that she located inappropriate sexual conversations between her 15-year-old son and a 26-year-old female on his Facebook account.
On Jan. 22, a Marana citizen called the Marana Police Department to report suspicious activity.
On Nov. 15, the Oro Valley Police Department responded to the 12000 block of N. Yellow Bird Road.
