It is time residents of Southern Arizona has a representative, who is more concerned of her position, than all of her constituent’s.

Over the past 18 months I have sent her several emails with questions on Obamacare, Benghazi, NSA, Fast and Furious, IRS, etc.

In most cases I received a reply, some of which I did not agree with or understand.

However, in the last two months, I sent her four emails with the same simple question - “Where in the Constitution of the United States authorizes the President to change a law passed by both houses of Congress without going back to them for approval”?

The President has already made more than 30 changes to his original “National Health Care” legislation but to my question, I have yet to receive a reply.  Since she refuses to respond, the answer must be that he should not be making those changes without the approval of Congress?

If my assumption is incorrect, I apologize, however I think I should at least have the courtesy of a reply.

I called her Marana office and after asking the question, the person would not or could not answer.

I would venture that most members of Congress no longer recognize the original legislation, they approved.
