    Thank you Dr. Jyotsna Sahni, You have shared some amazing words of wisdom. Many medications can also effect your sleep in harsh ways that you may not even realize. Getting on a regular schedule, going to bed by 10:00 or 10:30, using natural ayurvedic nutritional solutions and drinking lots of water to stay hydrated are so important. I suffered from a lifetime of sleep deprivation until I began my study of ayurveda 7 years ago for my own health and my father's stroke recovery. It has changed my life and I now sleep fabulously!
