'Free' trip for WWII vets paid long ago

Randy Metcalf/The Explorer, Sun City World War II veterans Larry Beckett, Grant Bergemann, Bernard Fox, John E. "Jack" Buchanan and Jerry Ahern traveled to Washington, D.C., this week to visit the World War II Memorial. For them, the trip is paid for through donation to Honor Flight, an organization that flies veterans to Washington to see their memorial.
