Each Sunday, the resort's Sundance Café is now serving-up a unique take on brunch with its Sunday Brunch buffet.
Blending the best of breakfast classics with slow-cooked and smoked meats, and garden-fresh sides inspired by backyard cookouts - each week Sunday Brunch at Sundance Café will feature a unique collection of buffet-style menu items. In addition to traditional breakfast offerings including omelets, pancakes, and eggs benedict, specialty brunch dishes include beer-brined chicken, St. Louis ribs, Sonoran dogs, and a weekly pit-smoked meat rubbed with our own house blend of herbs and spices. Fresh from the garden, a variety of vegetable sides from BBQ-grilled vegetables to chorizo smashers with gravy will be offered, as well as homemade fruit preserves and pickled favorites created to enhance the flavor of meats and sides including smoked cauliflower, garden herb radishes and more. Sunday Brunch is served on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Sundance
Café with indoor and outdoor patio seating available overlooking the resort's scenic grounds in the shadow of Pusch Ridge. Brunch is available for $26 per adult and $13 per child, with no charge for children under the age of 5. Adults can also enjoy brunch with bottomless mimosas for $34 per person.
Nightly for dinner, the resort's signature restaurant Epazote Kitchen & Cocktails, is now offering a changing line-up of monthly prix fixe menus. Each month, a prix fixe menu featuring three courses highlighting a specific style of food, health benefit or ingredients will be offered at $49 per person, inclusive of an entrée wine pairing. January's Hearty Prix Fixe Menu - Choice of butternut squash soup with a chorizo fritter and mirco cilantro or eggplant empanada with manchego cheese and kumato tomato salad. Entrée choice of lamb skewer served with boniato potato spice and smoked paprika yogurt; oxtail served with ancho jus, goat milk mashed potatoes and cilantro gremolata; or olive oil poached scallops served with organic grits and grapefruit. Each entrée is served with a wine pairing. For dessert, baked cinnamon pear with ancho chili granola.
February's Gluten-Free Prix Fixe Menu - Choice of crab BLT salad with heirloom tomato and basil vinaigrette or masa crepe served with asparagus, crimini, pinolias and sweet pepper. Entrée choice of shrimp chili relleno with corn, cilantro sweet potatoes and avocado crema; ancho cured pork chop with Brussels sprouts and agave-lavendar glaze; or hanger steak served with warm quinoa arugula salad, maytag belu and candied jalapeno BBQ. Each entrée is served with a gluten-free wine pairing. For dessert, a chef's special preparation. The monthly prix fixe menus are available from 5 to 10 p.m. daily.
