Westbound Interstate 10 at milepost 210, near Picacho Peak, reopened for traffic shortly after 1:40 p.m. today after being closed for nearly seven hours due to an early-morning collision that claimed four lives.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety reported around 7 a.m., a semi truck traveling eastbound, losing control and flipping into the median.

The truck rolled into westbound traffic, hitting another semi and colliding with two other vehicles.

The crash is still under investigation.
