Mountain Shadows Presbyterian Church, 3201 E. Mountaire Dr. in Catalina, has a full week of worship opportunities beginning with Palm Sunday, March 24. Worshipers will be greeted by children and adults handing out palms. Maundy Thursday, commemorating Jesus’ last night with his disciples, will include a 6 p.m. dinner followed by worship and communion at 7 p.m. This requires a reservation to insure ample food. Easter will include an outdoor service at 8 a.m., and our jubilant at 10 a.m. service of worship with full choir and a brass ensemble.
Child care, including the nursery and Sunday School, is available on Palm Sunday, for Maundy Thursday with a reservation by March 25, and for the 10 a.m. Easter Service.

SaddleBrooke Pet Fair on March 23
The SaddleBrooke Pet Fair will be hosted on Saturday, March 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Mountain View Clubhouse, located at 38759 S. Mountain View Blvd.
This event will highlight local vendors that provide pet sitting, pet boarding, poop scooping, first aide, animal figurines, animal medicines, low cost microchipping and more.
The Pinal County K9 unit will be giving demonstrations at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. PAWSee Trick and Obedience demonstrations will be at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Pet professionals will provide education regarding the health and care of dogs, cats and birds.
There will be dogs and cats on the patio that are looking for their forever homes.
All the proceeds will benefit Pawsitively Cats, a no kill cat shelter, Sam’s Fund at Pima Animal Care Center, which provides funds for medical care for animals that might otherwise be euthanized, and SaddleBrooke Pet Rescue Network.
There is no admission fee.
Visitors can also bring a photo of pets for animal communication with Judy Ferrig from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
