With their playoff spot still up in the air, the Catalina Foothills boys volleyball teams needs to keep winning. They did just that with a 3-0 sweep of Flowing Wells on Wednesday night.

The Falcons came out strong, winning the first set 25-18 and the second set 25-15. The Caballeros played better in the third set but the Falcons took it 25-21.

Andrew Adair had a team high 24 kills. Collin  Potter dished out all 30 of the team’s assists.

The Falcons improved to 15-13 overall and 8-6 in regular season games. They are currently ranked No. 23 in the latest poll, but that did not take into account the win over Flowing Wells. They are currently ranked second in Section 3 and the top three teams in each section are automatic qualifiers regardless of state ranking.
