The Tucson Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an armed robbery suspect.  On May 18, 2013, at 6:42 p.m., the suspect entered the Circle K located at 3155 East Speedway Boulevard and picked up a 30 pack of beer from the display case.  As he was leaving, he approached the clerk and pointed a handgun, waving it at the clerk.  He then put the gun away and left with the beer.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 40 to 50 years old,

5’8” to 5’11” tall and weighing about 200 pounds.  He was wearing jean shorts, a plaid shirt and an orange knit cap.  Anyone with information is urged to contact 911 or 88-CRIME.
