The new year is just around the corner, and the new cars of 2013 are already getting some attention.

Land Rover-Evoque

According to Car and Drive, the 2013 Range Rover Evoque Special Edition with Victoria Beckham, which made its debut at the Beijing auto show, likely will cost at least $100,000—without any technological changes.

In terms of technology, nothing has been altered: The special edition is based on the two-door, four-wheel-drive Evoque Coupe with its 2.0-liter, turbocharged four that produces 240 hp.

According to Car and Driver, while it hasn’t been officially finalized, Land Rover officials speak of an $80,000 to $90,000 range, which would translate to $130,000 to $145,000. Even if the actual U.S. price is just around $100,000, it will represent an eye-watering markup from the regular sticker of $44,995, or $52,895 for the “Dynamic” version, on which Victoria’s is based.

Jaguar XF 2013

Following a design update for 2012, Jaguar’s XF sedan is getting a host of mechanical upgrades for the 2013 model year, including two new engine options and an available all-wheel drive system.

For those more concerned with speed than fuel economy, the XFR returns for 2013 with a new Speed Pack. The optional package includes suspension and aerodynamic enhancements and also raises the car’s top speed from 155 mph to 174 mph.

The 2013 Jaguar XF doesn’t get any major interior changes, but there is a new audio system by Meridian and an updated navigation and infotainment system.

The New Jaguar is priced at $48,760 -$75,000.

The new model is priced between $44,995-$62,725.

Cadillac ATS

The 2013 Cadillac ATS will be available in Standard, Luxury, Performance and Premium trims. The 2.5-liter is only available on Standard and Luxury trims; the 2.0-liter turbo four is available in in all trim packages. The 3.6-liter V-6 is available in Luxury, Performance and Premium trims.

Standard, Luxury and Performance models come with a FE2 sport suspension setup, while Premium rear-wheel-drive models have an available FE3 sport suspension, performance cooling system, limited slip differential and magnetic ride control with real-time damping. Brembo-brand performance brakes are an option across the board.

Base ATS models come standard with 17-inch wheels, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shifter, an air filtration system, Bluetooth streaming audio, ambient interior lighting, OnStar with a one-year Directions and Connections subscription, perimeter security system, halogen headlamps with flash-to-pass, push-button start and dual-zone automatic climate control.

The Luxury Package adds a chrome grille, front parking sensor, a passive keyless-entry system, split-folding rear seat, leather upholstery, Brembo brakes, 10-way power driver’s seat, heated side mirrors with auto-dimming driver’s side mirror, auto-dimming rearview mirror, backup camera, and an 8-inch center console touch-screen with Cadillac’s CUE multimedia system.

The Performance Package brings high-intensity-discharge headlamps with articulating lenses, LED headlight accent lighting, performance bucket seats, steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters (with an automatic transmission), 10-speaker Bose surround sound system, rain-sensing wipers, rear passenger side-impact airbags, rear parking sonar, forward collision alert system and a lane departure warning system.

Lastly, the Premium Package includes 18-inch alloy wheels, a color head-up display and a navigation system.

The model ranges between $44,075-$50,915.

Lexus LS 460

According to Motor Trends, the LS 460 F Sport goes a half-step beyond simple badge and wheel upgrades, but not as far the hot-rod transformation of baby brother IS F. Engine output has been bumped from 380 hp to 386, and is routed through an eight-speed transmission (now with paddle shifters) and Torsen limited-slip differential.

The new model is estimated to cost $81,809.
