In celebration of its 40th anniversary, the Town of Oro Valley is proud to host the “Life in OV” art, photo and multimedia contest for students in grades K – 12.

The contest is an opportunity for Oro Valley’s youth to showcase their unique perspective on life in OV. Whatever is important to them—family, friends, pets, school, clubs, sports, parks, nature—we hope they will share their vision through art, photos or multimedia.

Deadline to enter is Friday, March 14.

“This is the first of many ways the Town of Oro Valley will be celebrating its 40th Anniversary,” said Communications Administrator Misti Nowak. “In the coming weeks, we’ll also launch the ‘40 Never Looked So Good’ social media campaign and a series of web videos featuring Oro Valley residents of all ages. And mark your calendars now for the 40th Anniversary Celebration at Steam Pump Ranch on Saturday, April 26.”

Additionally, the Town will hold a 40th Anniversary ticketed dinner event at the Oro Valley Country Club on Friday, April 18, and Family Day at Catalina State Park on Sunday, April 27. Details are coming soon.
