Find out what’s on the menu with two tasty special events in March – one of which helps support a worthy cause.

Older adults can sample the fare from all of Splendido’s excellent restaurants at Taste of Splendido & Information Seminar, Thursday, March 7, at 11:30 a.m., located at Splendido, 13500 N. Rancho Vistoso Blvd.

Enjoy a sampling of favorites from each of Splendido’s onsite restaurants while learning about this all-inclusive community.

RSVP by March 4 by calling 762.4090 or e-mail info@splendidotucson.com.

And don’t miss a delicious good cause. The Second Annual Empty Bowls Fundraiser will be held on Saturday, March 16, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at the Tucson Chinese Cultural Center, 1288 W. River Road, in Tucson.

Splendido is donating plenty of its popular chicken tortilla soup for this event—sample it and other area restaurant delicacies, enjoy live music and bid for unique pottery items and more in the silent auction and raffle.

Admission is $15, and your donation will help the Interfaith Community Services (ICS) Food Bank. Purchase tickets online at www.icstucson.org or by calling 297.2738 ext. 209.
