You can get an inside look at Splendido—including a look around a variety of the Terrace and Villa Homes—during their annual Showcase of Homes event.

This event will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 29 between 9 a.m. and noon. Explore several unique resident-occupied and model Terrace and Villa Homes, each offering impressive floor plans and amazing views. “We offer this event from time to time in order to give people an opportunity to see what life is like here,” says Splendido’s Sales Director Karen Kovacs. “There’s nothing like seeing some of these homes for yourself—including a few that residents have graciously opened up to tour.”

You can also tour Splendido’s cozy library, the fitness center and spa with lap pool, group exercise studio, and more; the in-house movie theater; distinctive restaurants and lounges; and much more. You may want to bring your camera along to take a few pictures! “Visitors are always impressed with our views of the Santa Catalina Mountains,” says Kovacs. “We do offer boundless beautiful sights—indoors and out—as well as comfortable and thoughtful settings, but our real focus here is on the experience we provide to guests as well as residents.”

The public is welcome to join the tour, but please register in advance—and feel free to invite a friend along. Guided walking tours will be offered every half hour—and you can reserve a time in advance. Please R.S.V.P. by calling 762-4091, or e-mail info@splendidotucson.com.

Splendido is located at 13500 N. Rancho Vistoso Blvd. in Tucson.
