Among the participating chefs are Randie and Shelby Collier, chefs and owners of Beyond Bread; James Walsh, chef of Pastiche; Angel Fernandez, chef of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse; and Jonathan Landeen, chef and owner of Jonathan's Cork. A cooking contest, crafts, entertainment and good things to eat are part of the day.
