In a salute to Broadway, the 80-member Catalinas Community Chorus and its ensemble groups will present “It’s Showtime” on Saturday, April 25.

This concert will begin at 7 p.m. at Catalina Foothills High School, 4300 E. Sunrise Drive.

The Tucson Girls Chorus and the Change of Pace choir, as well as the Catalina Foothills High School Blue Notes jazz combo, will join the community group on stage.

A portion of the concert proceeds will go to school music programs.

The Catalinas Community Chorus will present a medley of best-loved Broadway show tunes, including songs from “Man of La Mancha,” “The Phantom of the Opera,” “Sweet Charity” and “Beauty and the Beast.”

The performance will also feature well-known favorites such as “New York, New York,” “Night and Day” and “You’ll Never Walk Alone.”

The concert is open to the public, and tickets cost $12 per person. Tickets may be purchased at California Design Center/Studio C, 11085 N. Oracle Road, or by calling 229-9294 or going online to at www.catalinascommunitychorus.org.
