A Northwest plumbing contractor is renewing its offer of help to people who’ve lost jobs, who have threatening plumbing problems and who can’t afford a plumber.
Rogers Plumbing asks those people to send a short note describing their situation.
“We will select the most serious problems and resolve those plumbing issues free of charge,” the company said in a release.
“People with a severe plumbing problem and out of a job should be made aware there is help available if their situation qualifies,” said Roger Borduin of Rogers Plumbing. “If they cannot afford a plumber, we ask that they send a brief note describing the problem so we can evaluate and prioritize each request fairly.”
Notes with name, address, phone number, the plumbing situation, the name of an individual’s most recent employer, and a date of termination may be sent to Rogers Plumbing, Box 8191, Tucson, 85739. No phone calls, please.
Rogers Plumbing began the service in April 2009. “All the letters submitted have been resolved,” Borduin said. “We have repaired many bad situations, most have posed serious risks to health.”
