UniSource to pay dividend of 39 cents
UniSource Energy Corp., parent corporation of Tucson Electric Power, has declared a first-quarter dividend for common shareholders of 39 cents per share.

"It is the board's intent to continue to increase the dividend and to reach, over the next few years, a dividend payout level of 60 percent of UniSource Energy's net income."
UniSource Energy's primary subsidiaries include Tucson Electric Power, which serves more than 400,000 customers in southern Arizona; and UniSource Energy Services, provider of natural gas and electric service for about 235,000 customers in northern and southern Arizona.
