Anytime Fitness, the world’s largest, and fastest-growing 24-hour co-ed fitness franchise has opened a new facility in Oro Valley.
The new business is now open in the Entrada de Oro Shopping Center on the southwest corner of Oracle and Magee.
With 24-hour access, seven days a week, Anytime Fitness offers convenient and affordable exercise. Members can workout any time of the day or night.
Although they are part of a large franchise, the Anytime Fitness at Oracle and Magee is locally owned by a Tucson family.
Mike Urbanski, one of the owners, is enthusiastic about opening this new club in Oro Valley.
“The convenience and affordability of Anytime Fitness can’t be beat,” said Urbanski. “Choosing this club makes it easy for members to stay committed to their fitness goals. And because we are family owned, we promise to provide great customer service to our members. We are really committed to the health of our members and provide a setting and an atmosphere that is great for both people who are just starting to get into shape or for hard-core fitness buffs.”
The layout of the club is designed for quick and effective exercise. The equipment options at Anytime Fitness include state-of-the-art cardio equipment with their own flat screen, iPod compatible, televisions, free weights, and a full line of Life Fitness strength machines.
“Anytime Fitness clubs are pared down to the essentials necessary for a great workout,” said Urbanski. “Where we don’t cut corners is in our personal service and commitment to our members. Our group classes are included in the membership fees. People who want a little extra can work with our skilled personal trainers or get a massage from our massage therapists.”
Current group classes include yoga and Zumba. Private showers and dressing areas are also available at the club.
“We are excited to be in Oro Valley, and it’s our goal to become an active member of the community,” Urbanski said.
The Anytime Fitness at Oracle and Magee also offers massage therapy, personal training, group classes and Fitness on Request—a program with virtual trainers that allows members to take a group class at any time of the day.
Membership also includes reciprocity among its clubs, which allows members to use any of the 1700 clubs that are open in the U.S. Canada, Europe and Australia.
Besides the Oro Valley location, Anytime Fitness members can workout at the facility at 12040 N. Thornydale Road, on the northeast corner of Tangerine and Thornydal
e in the Fry’s Retail Market Complex near Subway.
