Hello readers, fellow dieters, and fellow contestants!
Well I only lost 1 pound this week, dammit! However I have kicked up my work outs and really putting sweat everywhere around the pretty gym!
Ive been using some of the stuff Trainer Tim has shown me and also stuff i see that is demonstrated in pictures on the walls at the gym, I think I willmake quite the impact on my measurements in July. Trainer Tim has set a goal for a weight loss of seven lbs by July, I would have thought this is easily attainable however the way that my weight has been stubbornly clinging to me like a...bad punch line in a joke. However I do believe in myself that I can make Tims goal , he believes in me, my family and friends, and myself. So, of course I will keep you updated and as always....Wishing you a clean gym towel and ankle wraps!
