Week Numero Seven opens with a great workout. Legs and core, (stomach). Also with the lovely weigh in, and measurements. I am stuck at only losing five pounds.
I have lost inches, alot of inches. Tim says, I have a lot of muscle so its just rearranging. I need to get to the gym at least four days a week. I also have decided to incorporate some yoga and pilates twice a week. I have to say, I feel good.
