John Miller is an instructor at Pima Community College. He is looking to become a trend setter for the Baby Boomers, by setting healthy lifestyle goals. John is 60, and already working out at the Anytime Fitness facility on Oracle Road.

It's John Miller. Let me start off by saying I feel great! I have been working with a personal trainer, Mike Urbanski at Anytime Fitness on Oracle Road just two blocks north of Ina. The personal trainers there are awesome. They can measure your percent of body fat, help you track your goals, show you the work out equipment, give you the training techniques, and keep you motivated!.
My goal is to lose 50 pounds this year. Starting at 220 pounds, unofficially I am already down to only 208 pounds in 3 weeks.
The facility even has an aerobics room, with work out videos.
Another great feature is the Anytime Health website. You can track your progress, enter what you eat, and what activities you do each day.
The website lets you know exactly how many calories you have consumed, and how many you have burned.
