Heading into the end of April, I have got my momentum back. I did running intervals the other day and noticed that it was a lot easier to do!!! I feel
stronger and stronger with every workout. My weight loss is still slow so I am making some adjustments to my diet. I have heard that diet is 80% and boy is that the truth. I think that last time I lost a lot of weight I really restricted too much. I lost the weight pretty fast. This go around I am taking it slow and correct. I am making progress, not perfection.
