Another week of training and a few more pounds down. I have my eye on the 60 pound mark! I got measured this week and have now lost 10 inches off my waist and also 10 inches off my hips. A few more inches here and there for a total of 30 inches lost.
Where did it all go? I also have decided to compete in the gym's decathalon. It should be fun and will mix things up in my training. Zach is starting to prepare me for the events. A lot will require endurance, something I need to work on. I will compete in the category of 30-39 yr olds, one month before my 40th birthday! Not fair! I guess I'll have to kick it up a notch! The events are Aug 4th &5th so one month to train. I'll keep you updated on how the training goes, and let you know when I hit the 60 pounds.
