Catherine Reynolds – Week 18
I’ve lost another 2% body fat!! I am so happy with my results given the difficulties I’ve had recently with injuries and scheduling conflicts. To see the numbers really is a great motivator. I am more and more excited about creating changes in myself.
Speaking of change, Steve changes my workout around again and I absolutely love it. One of the trainers at the gym generously brought in some of his boxing equipment. We now have gloves, a punching bag, and pads to use during our training sessions. I have such a good time running around punching and kicking Steve. He’s a good sport about it too!
The nice thing about varying your workout to something you really enjoy is that you end up focusing on the activity itself, rather than the clock, distance, or how difficult it is. I found myself seeing how hard I could punch or how fast I could kick instead.
Thing I learned this week: Make it fun!!
