Hello readers and fellow dieters!
So i fell in the shower and sprained my ankle so i missed out on working out for a few days but I should be back up here and moving Monday morning! Before my mishap I was training with Tim on sprinting and planks...ouch, but hey I was sprinting at an 8.0 fastest I have ever gone! Planks kill me I tell you but I am going to keep on trucking :) I havent weighed in yet however I am feeling fantastic right now...lots of energy :) I will update you soon!
